Mathilde is a highly experienced rail transport system leader, having worked for more than 15 years on every aspect of rail transport systems from the D&C phase through to day-to-day O&M. She has worked on greenfield and brownfield projects in France, North Africa and South America as an expert in GoA4 O&M. Mathilde was also RATP’s representative at UITP for the automatic metro group for three years and participated in several study groups for automatic metro operations.
Mathilde’s experience includes day-to-day operations management, improving and optimising the customer experience, managing large teams of drivers and operations personnel, operations staff training, rules and regulation definition, project management, safety management and train schedule development.
