Mark is a passionate industry advocate and specialist practitioner in Net Zero Carbon, Climate Resilience and Sustainable Development. As a Global Skills Leader, Mark is responsible for leading Arup’s Skills Transformation in Decarbonisation & Sustainability, He brings contemporary leadership and practice to the boards, alliances, programmes and projects he leads and work with, combined with credentials in energy futures, architecture and sustainable infrastructure. Mark’s rail experience includes: heavy rail, metro, light rail and rail/freight intermodal facilities, and he is currently Sustainability Design Lead for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport SSTOM package. Mark is an active member of Sustainability Committees for the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) and Australian Logistics Council (ALC).
