He has overseen the evolution of MTM’s disruptions planning capability from nothing to now being a respected and vital cog in delivering Victoria’s Big Build. Under Luke’s leadership, MTM have delivered their biggest disruptions ever while maintaining high passenger satisfaction metrics.
