Lachlan O’Neill is a Principal Inspector at SafeWork NSW. He has extensive experience across many industries as a work health and safety professional of 15 years, including the most recent six years as a psychosocial specialist.
Lachlan mentors, provides advice and assistance, and conducts impartial enquiries and investigations into incidents and reports of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, violence and many other psychosocial hazards.
He has run multiple training sessions for the broader SafeWork NSW Inspectorate on their role enquiring into and taking action in relation to psychosocial risk matters, and regularly presents to industry on understanding and managing psychosocial risk at work.
Lachlan loves to spend time with his young family and getting active in the outdoors.
