A qualified Civil Engineer with a background in Tier 1 contracting spanning over 25 years, James was the Program Manager for the Contractor Safety Management for 18months and is now the Head of Safety and Environment for the ARTC Major Construction Projects and Engineering and Systems Business Units. He has worked tirelessly over the last two years to deliver the Contractor Safety Management Program and now the operational business units for success in safety and environmental management. James has been instrumental in developing the strategic direction and improving HSE performance on all the projects and with ARTC’s industry partners.
