Heather is the Civil Rail team lead at AECOM. Heather is a technically focused engineer providing review and design services on Sydney Metro West as part of the Engineering Design Assurance program. She is also currently civil design lead and project manager on several Sydney Trains projects. Heather has more than 10 years’ experience in a range of engineering capacities including civil, transport, utilities and geotechnical. Heather has delivered a variety of rail projects including new commercial rail loops, transport accessibility programs, track and platform reconstructions and has a particular interest in providing well considered drainage design to support a resilient track network.
