Harish is currently Director Civil Engineering within the Advanced Technical Services unit of Infrastructure & Place division of Transport for NSW. He is responsible for providing technical advice to project teams delivering multi-modal projects, delivering strategic projects and development of standards. Harish is TfNSW Representative to Smartcrete CRC and is managing a portfolio of research projects involving the development of low carbon concrete mixes including recycled materials and sensors & digital twin-based asset management technology.
Harish has over 25 years of proven track record of leading the delivery of complex projects across entire assets & project lifecycle including feasibility, concept and detailed design, construction, commissioning, and operation. He worked on complex projects in Australia, New Zealand, India, Africa, Southeast Asia and Pacific. He has demonstrated the ability to understand, interpret and proactively manage complex stakeholders’ interactions in a pragmatic way for the benefit of the client, project, and the system as a whole.
Harish is a recognised Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer of Engineers Australia.
