Duncan is the CEO of ALTRAC Light Rail, the organisation that built, financed and now operates Sydney’s light rail network. Prior to ALTRAC, Duncan held a variety of government and private sector roles both in Australia and overseas. Duncan served as the inaugural Director-General of Major Projects Canberra where he was responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of the ACT Government’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects, including Canberra’s light rail system. Duncan has led Canberra’s public transport network, worked in the utilities sector, and held several roles in an Australian investment bank in various global locations.
