Christine Gardner has worked in the rail industry for over 15 years with various organisations including Sydney Trains, Sydney Metro, NSW Trains, Pacific National, John Holland and RailCorp. Christine has a Masters in Information Technology and qualifications in project management and change management. She has worked on a range of complex infrastructure, operations, safety, environment, risk and service based change projects during her rail career. As a Senior Manager and member of the Safety leadership team, Christine is currently delivering a range of safety culture initiatives for Sydney Trains, including the implementation of the Fair Decision Framework.
