Aaron is Mott MacDonald’s Rail Academy Manager with overall responsibility for the development and administration of the rail systems learning program for the APNA region. Working with key stakeholders globally to improve, develop and expand rail systems engineering expertise. He has implemented multiple national training program rollouts and is an award-winning learning solution designer.
